What is "Soul Forge Fit"?

Soul Forge Fit is my passion project. I love creative leggings with funky designs. I love mysticism, spirituality, and comfy leggings. I plan on updating with more designs on a regular basis.

Where are your items made?

Our products are made in Miami, FL using imported materials.

I changed my mind, can I still cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before they have gone to print. Each item is made at the time of order. Once your items are 'in print' the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel your order, email us customerservice@soulforgefit.com. Please title your email "Cancel order request." Included your order number and we will take care of it for you.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the "made-on-demand" nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items. Please email customerservice@soulforgefit.com to request a replacement items.

How long will it take for my items to get to me?

Typically, order fulfillment takes less than 10 business days. The first part is creating the item. We delay sending orders to Production by 24 hours in order to give a window for cancellations.

Once the order is sent to Production, it generally takes 3-4 business days for the item to ship from our facility.

Shipping is generally done via USPS and takes approximately 5 business days from Miami, FL, depending on where you live.

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will received a confirmation email with your order number. You will later receive an e-mail once your items are printed and shipped. If you do not receive an email from us after 5 business days of submitting your order, please email customerservice@soulforgefit.com with your order ID and we will resolve any issues.

Do you ship globally?

Right now, due to the tariff issue in the United States, we are only accepting orders from the United States and Canada. Once the tariff issue has been resolved, we plan on shipping globally.
